“Hope is a Choice” Ornament (1 piece, 3pcs, 5pcs or 10pcs)

“Hope Is a Choice” began as the January artwork for my 2025 wall calendar. I wanted to create something in a different style for me with curves, angles, and a glowing mountain range held beneath a swirling night sky. The movement and color felt like hope to me, so the name arrived easily.

When I shared an early preview with my uncle Dan, whose along with his wife Riley had requested 2025 calendar. I sent Dan a preview of the calendar and he showed it to his Riley, who was in the midst of rigorous cancer treatments. She immediately connected with the piece and its message. Uncle Dan asked me to frame it as a Christmas gift, and together they decided to hang it in their bedroom. Each morning, they decided to gently touch “Hope Mountain” as their way of choosing hope for the day ahead. Sadly, Riley did not make it through her cancer journey, so this ornament is now a tribute to her, and everyone going through a difficult time.
